HOLIDAY SEASON REMINDERS:
Due to fire safety and sanitation concerns, your Dwelling Unit Rules prohibit the use of real (live-cut) Christmas Trees and wreaths anywhere on the property. Artificial decorations may be displayed within your apartment. Be sure not to leave any candles going unattended!

Please also be mindful of your neighbors during this Holiday season and respect their right to quiet enjoyment.

If you will be leaving town for more than a week, please use the form on the right to let us know. If you will be leaving a vehicle, please park it at the BACK of the lot so it will not interfere with snow removal. Also, be sure to set your thermostat to 60 degrees to prevent pipes from freezing.

Lastly, don't forget January rent is due on the 1st and late after the 3rd. We can hold checks in the office until rent is due, or you can mail it in. The postal service is very busy this time of year, so if you plan to mail it in, add a few extra days for travel time.
