We know pets are an important part of life for many people. Our policy is to allow pets in units we have adapted for pet use. These units typically have hard-surface floors for easy cleanup and a more sanitary environment. We limit dogs to first-floor units, but we have several second and third-floor units that are cat-approved. Individual apartments will have their pet eligibility listed on their specific pages.

All pets require a completed Pet Agreement and prior approval from Management before moving in. Dogs require renters insurance with dog coverage. We recommend checking with your auto insurance company for the best rates, but normally this type of coverage (which also covers your personal belongings) costs less than $150 per year.

We normally do not charge pet rent or pet deposit. We believe that pets are a part of the family and should be treated as such. A copy of the Pet Agreement Addendum can be found here.
